For this program to be consistant, I've been always weighing-in 1st thing Friday Morning after I use the bathroom and am dressed for work. I figure my work clothes/shoes are essentially the same weight.

The anomoly I've noticed is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays I am typically 3-4 pounds lighter then on Fridays - so mid-week I get excited that I'm going to show a nice loss for weigh-in day but that never seems to happen.

I'm still happy that I notice it's easier to walk faster and farther, pretty much my only real measure of progress at this point.

I'm not sure if its accurate or not or even the right thing to do... But what I normally do is I wiegh myself prior to eating first thing in the morning..

Because once you fill yourself with breakfast and coffee, you're wieghed down with what you just ate and drank....make sense?

Anyhow keep up the great work...
