Live Healthy America Week 4

I certainly have had a few non-diet days this week, sometimes it’s just very difficult to resist.. no I take that back.. it’s very easy to resist, the trouble is REMEMBERING to resist!
So less then perfect eating habits this week combined with a little less outdoor activity due to weather and here I sit with yet another pound on me. The good news is not all was lost and I’m still 3 pounds lighter from the day I started and as my mentor Daisaku Ikeda has said so often, “We begin each day a new!”

Yes, isn’t that the truth we do begin each day a new!
I too had a less than perfect week, diet wise…. But we all have to treat ourselves sometimes right? The trick is I suppose; is not to always use that as an excuse to give into the random urges to have that burger and fries….live and learn.
But even with the cheating I too came out ahead this week, might be needing to head to the store and get a smaller pant size, even the belt isn’t holding them up now…Either that a smaller belt ..lol
