Live Healthy America Week 4

I certainly have had a few non-diet days this week, sometimes it’s just very difficult to resist.. no I take that back.. it’s very easy to resist, the trouble is REMEMBERING to resist!
So less then perfect eating habits this week combined with a little less outdoor activity due to weather and here I sit with yet another pound on me. The good news is not all was lost and I’m still 3 pounds lighter from the day I started and as my mentor Daisaku Ikeda has said so often, “We begin each day a new!”
